  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Ground Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping Options: These are available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the UPS website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • For lost packages, we will work with UPS to resolve the issue. If necessary, we will replace or refund your order.
