The Shield was built for passionate Tampa Baseball fans, supporters, players, and enthusiasts. It aims to create opportunities for Tampa baseball fans, students, alumni, businesses, and brands to actively support Tampa Baseball athletes and ensure they compete athletically and financially in the era of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).

Following a mission to enrich, enhance, and empower the lives of Tampa Baseball athletes, The Shield Community was created. We grant our members access to an exclusive message board, unique merchandise, and exclusive entry to Shield Community events. The Shield NIL also offers innovative solutions to create an ecosystem that connects student-athletes and promotes The Shield NIL.

We adhere to all NIL laws and procedures. Student-athletes who have signed with us can publicly make statements and discuss their association with The Shield NIL.

FAQ

What is the cancellation policy?

Monthly Membership Subscriptions are for a 12-month term and cannot be canceled once purchased until the next subscription expiration. Subscriptions start on the day of purchase, and we will charge your card on the first day of every month.

What does the gear consist of for Ambassador-Level Membership?

Our gear includes shirts, polos, decals, keychains, and more. We continually grow our inventory and look forward to providing our members with swag reflective of their commitment to The Shield and Tampa Baseball athletes!

Is The Shield NIL a part of Tampa Baseball Athletics?

In a sense, yes. While we do not operate under the Tampa Baseball Athletics umbrella, we operate FOR the athletics program in a third-party capacity. As the official NIL collective and a corporate partner of Tampa Baseball, you may see shared logos or branding. However, we are separate from the official athletic department.

Are there more benefits coming to being a Shield member?

YES! We are just getting started and look forward to growing and offering new benefits and perks to our members.

Who can be a part of The Shield?
